This afternoon we went out on to the field with the whole school. We spelt out the words THANK YOU Richie McCaw flew over us and took lots of photos. He even shared one on his Facebook page.

We Said Thanks to the Emergency Services

During Discovery time today lots of us made something to put on the school fence to say thank you to all the emergency services who have helped with the fires over the last week.

New Shade Sails

Our new shade sails went up on Thursday. We are super excited.

We are super sorters!

This week for maths have been doing statistics. We were sorting lots of items from our learning studio using Venn diagrams. We had lots of fun doing it and we all know how Venn diagrams work now.

Belinda and Amelia had to find purple things and things with numbers.

Brooklyn and Cobhan had to find Blue things and bugs.

George and Alyssa had to find flat shapes and red things.

Jessica and Alijah had to find yellow things and vehicles.

Livvie and Lily had to find green things and dinosaurs.

Our Amazing Friday Discovery- 10 February.

We were all so busy this morning trying lots of different activities. We had lots of choices this morning and many of us enjoyed exploring and playing outside. The area behind our studio is perfect for this!

Our First Day...

Scavenger Hunt

This morning we did a scavenger hunt in Whio.

We had to work with a buddy to find lots of different places in the studio.

We are proud of ourselves because we took turns with our buddy.
